- Plan Upgrades: Customers who wish to switch from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan may do so at any time. The cost difference will be prorated and charged to the original payment method. No refund is issued for the original plan when upgrading.
- Plan Downgrades: Customers who wish to downgrade to a lower-tier plan may do so at the end of their current billing period. Refunds are not issued for the difference in cost when downgrading.
